IPRCL Manager Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualifications and age limit required for IPRCL Manager recruitment are detailed below.
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering.
- (Not required for candidates applying on Deputation and Re-employment.)
Eligibility Criteria:
For Deputation:
- Officers should have service experience in Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Development.
- Group-C employees holding posts in PB-2/GP Rs. 4600/4800 (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to Matrix Level 7/8 (7th CPC) on a regular basis.
For Contract (CDA/IDA Scale):
- Officers should have Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Development experience in Railways/PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control.
- CDA Scale: Officers working in PB-2 + GP 4600 or PB-2 + GP 4200 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to Matrix Level 7/6 (7th CPC) for at least 4 years.
- IDA Scale: Working in IDA scale Rs. 20,600-46,500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 under 3rd PRC with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
For Private Sector Candidates:
- Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Development.
- Should be working as a Manager or above with a minimum monthly gross salary of Rs. 60,000.
- The company must have a sales turnover of at least Rs. 100 Crores in the previous financial year (2022-23).
For Re-employment:
- Officers retired from Railways/PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control in Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Development roles.
- Should have been at PB-2 GP 4600 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) or E-2 in IDA scale Rs. 20,600-45,600 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 under 3rd PRC.
Age Limit:
- For Deputation: Up to 57 years.
- For Contract: Up to 35 years.
- For Re-employment (Annual Contract Basis): Up to 63 years.
